Refund policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the consumable nature of Biosigr products and health and safety considerations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds.

Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@biosigr.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

If approved, we may provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Opened or Used Products
For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept or resell products that have been opened or used.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
